Stoneway Park

Welcome to Stoneway Park.

Stoneway Park is a pretty park situated in the lovely village of Petham, only 5 miles south of Canterbury and very well placed for access to the Kent coast and countryside and channel ports.

Petham is famous for its beautiful surrounding landscapes and “chocolate box” style cottages. Residents of this friendly park are able to take advantage of village life in a friendly community whilst benefiting from all the amenities that Canterbury has to offer.

Beautiful homes, well-tended gardens within spacious plots and imaginative landscaping, coupled with fantastic views contribute to making Stoneway Park one which stands out from the crowd. As you drive in the entrance you are immediately struck by the spacious layout of the park, which is further enhanced by the open-plan layout of the gardens. The residents are fortunate in having one large area (formerly an orchard) which is further enhanced by the open-plan layout of the gardens and is adjacent to a former orchard area.
